All orders are made to order and typically require 2–5 business days for production before shipping.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated shipping times (after production):

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.


Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

If your tracking information shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
